Positive 21 - A peer support group for gay, bisexual & MSM men living with HIV

The Outreach Monday service

Positive 21 has an Outreach Monday peer support service which is ONLY available to registered Positive21 group members within the London area. This service is intended for people who are unable to access group meetings due to ill health, hospitalisation, (where a home / hospital visit is offered); or, for those individuals who would like to access a 1-2-1 peer support service in a smaller, social environment instead of a large group; or, for those who wish to have a private & confidential 1-2-1 peer support discussion /chat or peer mentoring support. The service is provided by Michael.
